Will I be required to pay any other costs or charges? No, all expenses are expressed in the flat rate.

What is the typical turnaround time for claim submission and reimbursement? We submit claims within 48 hours of receipt. Most claims are reimbursed within two weeks.

Do you follow up on unpaid claims? Yes, we follow up on unpaid claims. We submit reconsideration and appeals for denied claims daily.

Are reimbursements sent to my office? Yes, reimbursements are sent directly to your office.

Is there a minimum contract duration? No. We do not require you to sign a contract.
Are you HIPAA compliant?
Yes, we adhere to all of the HIPAA requirements and all your confidential patient information is kept safe.

What medical specialties do you handle? We can bill any type of medical service; however, we specialize in Behavioral Health, Chiropractic, Durable Medical Equipment and Physical Therapy.

Do I have to purchase software? No, you do not need to purchase software.

What information is required to get started with Billing Maximizers? Provider information found on a HCFA 1500 form, patient demographics, a copy of the patient's insurance card and your fee schedule.
